Internal Recruitment Co-ordinator Central Bristol £22,000 per annum Are you looking to make the exciting career move into a position with no KPIs and sales calls? Office Angels are delighted to be recruiting for an Internal Recruitment Co-ordinator whose objective will be to attract and secure fantastic candidates for our client. Our client specialises in delivering efficient IT solutions to their clients which include global organisations. As this role has been created due to huge growth, the successful candidate must have recruitment experience, ideally in an IT setting. You will be joining a vibrant and energetic company that will allow you to have lots of flexibility in your role and no sales targets, in return for your passion to drive the company's unique office culture. Working in a dynamic environment, your main duties will include: * Manage individuals through the recruitment lifecycle to ensure a consistent, positive experience * Coordination of interviews for the Bristol office * Work with Hiring Managers and Recruitment Leads to respond to business demand * Management of the internal Applicant Tracking System - Greenhouse * Support the wider engagement process in areas such as contracts and employment letters * Day-to-day management and improvement of internal recruitment processes * Manage social media activity, raising the impact of the brand and highlighting recruitment needs * Develop external advertisements and internal communications * Build and Administrate social media profiles and presence, such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and additional channels that may be deemed relevant to promote recruitment * Market research * Work with the Operations team to help manage local events - ensuring there is a recruitment agenda The new position will be challenging and exciting! The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate that they will be able to handle the huge demand of the role. Therefore ideal candidate will demonstrate: * Experience of in-house or agency recruitment, * Experience within the IT industry is highly highly desirable * IT skills including office productivity tools ( word etc ) and wider enterprise systems * Experience of creating and curating recruitment content (Desirable) Personality traits: * Extremely passionate about the Brand and its Bristol location forward * Excellent verbal and written communicator * Strong interpersonal and team-working skills * Flexibility and commitment * Excellent attention to detail * Ability to work autonomously, use initiative and manage competing priorities * Process and process improvement driven * Understands the importance of continuous communication and constructive feedback If you are tired of working in a position which is highly sales driven and with copious amounts of sales calls, please get in touch!
