Internal Recruitment Coordinator | 6 month FTC Exeter (covering South West to Southampton) Full Time | 6 months contract £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (Pro Rata) To start immediately Summary CCS | Compass Corporate Services are exclusively partnering with a national, independent health & social care provider on the appointment of their Internal Recruitment Coordinator to cover Wales and the North West of England. This fast-paced job will be focussed on filling a volume of low-level vacancies across multiple care home and home care sites. Overview We’re looking for an experienced recruiter (agency or internal) who is used to working independently off their own initiative and find innovative ways to attract the candidates. This job will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle from posting adverts through to onboarding so excellent communication will be essential, along with a good telephone manner. Experience and knowledge of the Health & Social care sector would be advantageous, although not essential, as would knowledge of regulated secure environments. Duties will include but not limited to: Liaising with Managers establishing staff requirements, taking vacancy briefs, advertising, sourcing, interviewing or booking interviews, arranging offer letters, DBS checks and overseeing on-boarding - arranging inductions with service leads. The position has a direct line of Managerial support although does not involve a lot of face to face interaction. Therefore, the ideal candidate will be self-motivated, energetic and pragmatic. Due to remit of this role and locations of services, it is essential that the post holder has a valid driving licence with access to their own vehicle, as there maybe occasional requirement to travel to the services. Essential Criteria Experienced dealing and managing volume recruitment.
