Internal Recruitment Manager, Egham £24K - £30K per annum DOE Full-time We are looking for a positive and vibrant Internal Recruitment Manager living close to the Egham area of Surrey to join an excellent homecare provider. Be part of something special You would be joining a national homecare and leading brand, which enables its customers to maintain their lifestyle. Everyone of their customers are individual, and as such everyone has individual preferences and needs. They are looking for an individual that will ensure that the homecare support they provide is delivered the way the customers wants it, when they want it and is to the highest possible standard. As their Recruitment Manager, you will play a crucial part in ensuring only the best applicants are recruited and that the company’s values are cascaded to all you meet. You will be searching, recruiting, pre-screening, interviewing and processing all applications always ensuring that the right people are selected. You will play a big role in selling the opportunity and the company’s values to potential candidates. You will also play big role in developing an on boarding strategy for overseas candidates, from the initial first contact, to collection at the airport and through the early stages of their employment. What experience & qualifications are required? * You will have experience and knowledge in Recruitment practices and campaigns; * It is essential that you have a driving licence and access to a vehicle; * Above all, you will be a bubbly, proactive individual with excellent people and communication skills, as well as someone who strives to give their best at all times.
