Internal Recruitment Manager Waltham Cross £40,000 + Benefits Role Profile An exciting opportunity for an Internal Recruitment Manager with Logistics experience. Our client is a leading supplier of fresh fruit and vegetables in the UK, experiencing growth and are looking for a strong Recruitment Manager to join their internal team. The successful candidate will benefit hugely from joining an established company who are leaders in their field with opportunity for progression. Key Responsibilities Manage the recruitment function designing, developing and implementing a recruitment process and coordinating team activities to ensure staffing requirements are met. Analysis of retention and turnover across the business in order to coordinate with Senior Management to forecast recruitment needs. Design and development of marketing campaigns including across social media platforms to ensure recruitment needs are met proactively. Ensuring best practice across the recruitment process from review of procedures to acting as a recruitment expert for the senior leadership team, updating and advising them of legislation changes.Skills & Experience Commercial knowledge and brand awareness, Ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet changing deadlines, Knowledge of onboarding and HRIS with the ability to add value to the recruitment and onboarding processes, Strong recruitment legislation with a working knowledge and the ability to apply it to workplace situations, Desirable IRP level 5 or equivalent qualification,Client Information Cast UK's client is a leader in their field, experiencing growth and offer an environment where the right candidate will join an established team and flourish.
