My client is an incredibly exciting, fast-growth Training & education business. They are headquartered in London but also have offices across the UK. They have been on a huge growth trajectory over the course of the last 12 months and are continuing to win new business and funding. They are seeking an Internal recruitment manager who will work closely with the board to attract, retain talent as well as be involved in the wider business people plan. The role As the business continues scaling rapidly the People team are handling a high volume of roles at any one time. Your position will be to ensure the hiring runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible whilst providing a first class experience to any and all candidates in process. Responsibilities * Help build a pipeline of top talent with a focus on Education and sales positions and ensuring a diverse candidate mix. * Pro-actively engage with potential candidates through several sourcing channels. * Assist with the co-ordination of the hiring process through booking of interviews and managing the timely and regular delivery of feedback to candidates and our recruitment partners. * Manage the ATS ensuring a clean and up-to date system, posting jobs and building effective talent pools. * Stay up to date with developments in recruitment and suggest new methods and tools to help us find candidates faster. What we are looking for * Strong knowledge of the internal recruitment landscape ideally with some knowledge of the training and education market. * You are keen to learn and develop, you see this as an opportunity to join a rapidly scaling business and a chance to propel your Talent Acquisition career. * You may have had some experience in a recruitment agency or internal talent team. * You are rigorously organised and can thrive in a fast-paced organisation. * You have a great eye for detail, and ability to decipher what makes a candidate good vs what makes them great. * You embrace people's differences and are naturally empathetic, helping to build a diverse talent pool
