Internal Recruitment Manager – Legal Sector Greater Manchester / South Manchester An expanding and well-regarded Legal Practice group is looking to bring its Recruitment function In-House and wants to source a widely experienced Recruitment or Talent Acquisition professional to lead this transition. This is a rare opportunity to set up best-practice lead processes and systems to ensure the business' direct hiring objective is reached and is sustainable across a fast-moving organisational structure. You will be required to manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple locations and traverse a diverse portfolio of legal services and internal specialisms, liaising closely with HR and Marketing Teams to ensure a unified approach to hiring. Key aspects of the role will include : Creating a proactive strategy for sourcing based on future needs and succession planning. Developing a nationwide network of talent at all grades of legal practice. Establishing and Managing a database of candidates / applicants. Establishing enviable and attractive individual brands across the Group and identifying brand ambassadors. Acting as a key part of external communications via Events, Job Fairs and throughout the application process. Designing job descriptions and posting attractive recruitment adverts for legal and non-legal posts. Managing job-board / on-line recruitment tools as well as coordinating across multi-media channels. Salary benchmarking based on industry intelligence. Managing the supply of 3rd party staffing businesses. Co-ordination of the entire application process through to on-boarding.You will have : Extensive experience of recruiting all levels of legal professionals, from Graduate to Partner grades. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience within Legal Recruitment. A proven track record of recruitment success in either an agency or in-house Practice setting. The ability to deliver multiple concurrent hires at a junior level as well key senior appointments. A background in Search & Selection / Headhunting within the Legal sector.This role calls for a self-starter, someone who can operate in conjunction with senior internal business leaders and coach in recruitment process to ensure the best possible candidate and stakeholder experience
