Internal Recruitment Manager Location: Andover Base with UK and International travel Salary: £25,000-£30,000 Depending on Experience Hours: 37.5 per week 09.00-17.30 Monday to Friday with occasional extended hours Our Client is family run business based in Andover and due to increased business demands they are now seeking a professional and accomplished internal recruitment manager. The role is based in the Andover HQ but will involve travel in UK and Abroad , therefore full flexibility to be able to meet business needs and requirements is essential for the role. This may suit someone who has worked in a busy recruitment environment and is now looking to manage candidate attraction and retention for an ever increasing client base. Main Duties: * Manage the full end to end recruitment process for all candidates * Maintain a healthy talent pipeline for current and future vacancies * Plan, implement and facilitate all Training Courses. * Pro-active and inventive in talent * Deal with general ad-hoc recruitment related tasks and support your team to complete paperwork in a timely and efficient manner * Responsible for the full utilisation of the social media recruitment on behalf of the company regarding recruitment. Experience/Skills: * Fluency in English. Skills in other European, particularly eastern European languages an advantage but not essential * Excellent understanding of recruitment and selection processes, procedures and tools * Excellent interviewing and people skills * Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously * Confident and effective communication skills with the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels * Creative thinker and idea generator * Results driven and ability to work independently * Advanced Microsoft Office Skills to include Outlook, Word, Excel & ideally PowerPoint * Social Media Skills & Knowledge * Driver Essential If you feel you have the skills required for this position please email your CV
