Internal Recruitment Researcher (IT/Change) Central London/Wimbledon Up to £30,000 + bonus + benefits Our Client, a FTSE 250 listed company within the Finance and Banking Sector is currently seeking a Internal Recruitment Researcher to join their team on a full time, permanent basis bases between Central London and Wimbledon. The suitable candidate will be responsible for proactively identifying and developing a pipeline of candidates for ongoing roles and supporting the recruitment team with resource planning and project work. The ideal candidate will be educated up to degree level and have previous experience in recruitment resourcing using LinkedIn and various other job board CV searches. Duties and Responsibilities include: • Sourcing potential candidates through direct channels, social media, internet sourcing, extensive name generation research and relationship building • Utilising CV search functions from a variety of job boards • Supporting the Recruitment team in providing a seamless, service driven experience for the hiring managers • Generating both internal and external candidate attraction through creative marketing and social media messaging • Developing an extensive network through leveraging user groups, blog and networking events • Articulating the company’s value propositions to candidates via networking events and face to face candidate interaction • Prequalifying potential candidates to determining their qualifications through profiling, psychometric assessments and behavioural based interviewing • Fostering relationships with passive talent • Ensuring constructive feedback is given on all CVs and interviews • Arranging interviews and handling diary management • Building, developing and maintaining in-house candidate database and workflow products Key skills and experiences: • Previous experience in recruitment resourcing from recruitment agency background • Experience within executive search, technology or change recruitment ideal • Proven telephone interview experience • Significant research and candidate generation experience • Educated to degree level (ideal but not essential) • Familiar with current sourcing techniques • Ability to remain current and learn developing sourcing methods • Ability to comprehend and understand specific role requirements • Ability to work to tight timescales and prioritize work effectively This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic company working at the forefront of their industry.
