Job Description

This is a key role within the Recruitment team, responsible for proactively sourcing and interviewing candidates both internally and externally, with the skills, experience and cultural fit for the designated business area. In addition, to support and drive innovative and cost effective attraction methods to maximise our talent pool. Ensure all recruiting activities positively support and impact the growth of the Reassured brand in the external marketplace. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate they have a track record in delivering consistent outstanding results within a similar environment, be an excellent communicator, passionate about recruitment and ensure that outstanding results are achieved on a monthly basis. Key Responsibilities To proactively source the highest quality, skilled and experienced candidates for all new and replacement roles across the designated business area, utilising all sourcing methods including job boards, headhunting, social media, and other networks. Qualify suitable candidates for interview through structured telephone screening, face to face interviews and assessments. Develop a talent pool database of potential candidates and regularly headhunt to discuss opportunities in the business. Support with the development of the People Plan and ensure resourcing activities are targeted, planned and scheduled to successfully achieve the plan and produce a pipeline of candidates. Research and make suggestions for improvements to the resourcing process. Continually develop own skills and knowledge, keeping abreast of new initiatives in recruitment. Ensure all recruitment processes and systems are up to date in accordance with guidelines. Skills, Knowledge and Experience Knowledge - Basic IT ability - Internal or agency experience of recruitment preferred but not desirable - Recruitment of sales people a plus - Recruitment Process preferred but not desirable Essential Skills - Excellent written, verbal & listening communication skills with a professional telephone manner. - Ability to build rapport effectively with candidates and colleagues. - Accuracy in gathering and recording of all information.
