Assystem Energy & Infrastructure are recruiting for a Internal Recruitment Resourcer to join us on a permanent basis to support our engineering teams and projects in Derby. This role will be supporting the Recruitment team in generating candidate attraction techniques and develop high calibre talent pools for key skills sets. Role details: Job title: Recruitment Resourcer Location: Derby Industry: Defence Salary: Competitive Contract: Permanent Hours: 37 hours (flexi time available) What we are looking for in applications: For this position, you'll need to be an extremely strong candidate focused resourcer who has a track record of delivering exceptional quality candidate shortlists in a challenging environment. Naturally, you'll be an expert in sourcing great candidates using proactive and innovative resourcing strategies. You'll be an individual who has the ability and desire to exceed your targets with minimum supervision. Due to the nature of our business, applicants who have significant knowledge within engineering recruitment will hold a distinct advantage Applicants will be required to meet certain residency criteria in order to attain a minimum level of UK security clearance for this role.
