An exiting opportunity has come to join us in a new role within our organisation as an Internal Recruitment Specialist. Reporting to the Recruitment manager, the successful candidate will work as a subject matter expert and headhunter for our luxury homes, helping us to find and place the right candidates into our organisation. You will work with our portfolio of homes, building relationships with our hiring managers and understand individual requirements in order to offer a personalised service. Package descriptionCompetitive package Main responsibilitiesthe successful candidate will be an expert recruiter, working as an internal recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, headhunter, recruitment consultant or similar. You will: Be a brand ambassador across social media, recruitment events and within our organisation - you will coach your hiring managers to be everywhere and lead in social media activity Be proactive and understand our roots to market to source the best candidates - ability to create a recruitment strategy specific to a department or home Have an understanding of talent pooling - understand the labour market and always nurture a pool of possible new employees Offer personalised head hunting / direct sourcing to our hiring managers - CV sourcing will be an every day task to you which you can never get enough of!
