Job Description

Internal recruitment specialist job opportunity available with an established domiciliary care provider in the Birmingham region. Based within a lively office environment located close to the city centre, with great access to public transport links and the motorway networks, this exciting opportunity will allow you to utilise your existing recruitment skills, whilst thinking outside the box in your mission to recruit high quality care and support staff. Working closely with the care and HR manager, you will oversee the recruitment of care/support workers and care coordinators for this expanding domiciliary care branch. You will be targeted to recruit, interview and clear candidates efficiently and effectively. You will explore various methods of recruitment including the use of job boards, the job centre and word of mouth. Confidence and strong networking skills are essential for this job role, as you will be required to source and attend recruitment events and liaise effectively with education provisions to ensure you recruit a full staff team. This is an exciting role which would be suitable for an established recruitment consultant who would like to step away from the call targets. Alternatively, you will have a background in "in house" recruitment in the care sector and are looking for a new challenge. You will demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and be able to network effectively. Drive, motivation and a "can do" attitude are all essential to be a successful recruitment specialist. This exciting opportunity is offering a salary between £17000 and £20000 per annum, as well as the opportunity to earn additional performance based rewards and recognition. Working predominantly Monday to Friday, with some flexibility based on the needs of the service, you will secure the opportunity to work for a company which has received recognition for being investors in people and have ambitions for substantial business growth in the very, near future.
