Exciting place to work City centre location Career progression Our client is looking to fill an interesting position which facilitates two main functions – Recruitment/Onboarding and Team Management. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams and driving performance as well as the full recruitment process. You must be able to demonstrate recruiting teams and manage business expectations. Essential skills: • Proven track record in Sales and Management • Provide pipeline forecasting of candidates • Support and develop a team of Managers • Monitors and constantly reduces the cost of recruitment • Experience in managing company sales staff attrition • Conducts all sales interviews ( 2 stages) • Ability to develop ‘inhouse’ assessment centres for all sales roles ( internal and external candidates) • Attends all recruitment days with external agencies • Works closely with ‘inhouse’ recruitment team at IRIS for all Sales requirements • Ability to engage and inspire • Strong presentation skills • Work as part of a close knit team to ensure division success • Production of suitable reports including business planning, market analysis and performance assessments • Ability to build internal key relationships Included in the role: • Excellent communication skills • Excellent negotiation skills • Job Interviewing Skills • Managerial and leadership skills • Analytical skills • Social Media Knowledge • Training Skills
