Internal Sales Executive, Recruitment SolutionsMaidenhead, London or ManchesterCompetitive Salary & BenefitsFantastic opportunity for an experienced office based sales professional to join an expanding team during an exciting period of growth!About the roleCapita Resourcing are going through a period of significant growth and are looking to appoint a Sales Executive to support the expansion of our CWS Division. You will work within a wider team of sales professionals selling Capita services to new clients and expanding current business relationships. Our ultimate goal is to align talent acquisition strategies directly with strategic business goals.What you will do: * Grow the sales meeting pipeline by converting calls into qualified client meetings with a good balance of SME (1st generation) and blue chip strategic client development meetings for the wider CWS solution sales team. * Follow up proactive outgoing sales activity to maximise return on investment * Identify buying signs to convert calls into tender opportunities when presented * As part of the wider sales strategy carry out market research e.g. identify and approach new contacts to create ‘new logo’ opportunities * Clearly articulate the capabilities and value proposition of Capita Resourcing * Work closely with the Head of Sales to qualify opportunities and attend client meetings for personal development * Cross sell, understand the breadth of services on offer across the division including RPO and Recruitment Campaign’s as well as the wider Workplace Services division to expand other opportunities * Exceed targeted KPIs to ensure monthly and annual sales targets are achieved. Your experience will include: * Proven ability to engage and build client relationships at all levels of seniority * Previous sales experience and a proven ability to convert calls and cross-sell * Understanding of recruitment and or RPO/MSP * Useful knowledge of a specific market i.e. Technology, Telco, Defence, Engineering * Understanding of the Procurement and HR business set up * Self-motivated, high achiever, passionate about sales and client development * Ability to work remotely and as part of a team and achieve outcomes What’s in it for you?At Capita, training and development aren’t optional extras: they’re how we do our job.
