Our client, the United Kingdom's leading sports University is looking for a target driven and motivated individual to join their international recruitment team as an International Graduate Recruitment Coordinator on a permanent basis. You will be recruiting international students to undergraduate and postgraduate programmes - as part of a growing portfolio of courses Responsibilities: * Recruit international students through formulating and implementing region specific strategic plans, meeting and exceeding recruitment targets * Promoting the University and the range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses to international students, sponsors and relevant organisations * Organising and undertaking effective recruitment visits, including to schools, universities, exhibitions, relevant organisations and including overseas travel * Developing and maintaining an international network of feeder institutions * Appointing, training and monitoring recruitment agents in designated markets * Producing and implementing strategic plans to broaden the institutional portfolio overseas * Working with the central marketing team on producing and distributing online and published marketing materials * Overseeing and supporting with any other activity related to international business development, including organising inbound visits and supporting staff members with international activities * Producing reports and competitor analysis Essential Skills and Experience: * Educated to degree level * Experience working in an international student environment * Experience of living and working outside the United Kingdom * Strong IT skills, including CRM software * Excellent communication and presentations skills * Knowledge of international education If you feel that you fit the above criteria then please apply today by submitting your CV to us.
