JOB INFORMATION Salary: to £25,000 per annum Hours: 08:30 – 17:30 Days: Mon – Fri Location: Wembley but travel may be required JOB DESCRIPTION The purpose of the roles is to support international student recruitment and marketing to the institution’s programmes and assist the team raising the institutional profile worldwide. This an exciting new role to join an expanding team within a global higher education institution developing an international portfolio. We are looking for a result driven, motivated individual to join the international the institution team. The role will focus on the support of the international team and student recruitment activities. the institution has seen rapid growth since being established, applicants should be ready to take on a challenging role; and will thrive on working in a fast-paced team in a rapidly growing environment KEY TASKS * Support the recruitment of international students through assisting with implementing regional specific strategic plans and events * Support the organising of marketing visits, including agent events, school visits, exhibitions, inbound visits and overseas travel * Process agent contracts in designated markets as assigned by the International Student Recruitment Manager * Process international invoices and shipments within deadlines * Assist with the preparation and production of International/EU student recruitment reports and statistics, research and competitor analysis * To support the International Recruitment team in the collection and maintenance of recruitment data * Diarise appointments for the International Recruitment Manager * Develop strong relationships with the internal teams at the institution * Assist with Enrolment, Graduation and other high profile events for international / EU students * To undertake appropriate staff development and professional training in line with the business strategic objectives of the institution * To be familiar and compliant with relevant the institution policies and regulation * To work within the policies of Health and Safety and Equal Opportunities * Work flexibly and responsibly and undertake any other duties relevant to the level of the post and other duties as directed by the International Recruitment Manager HOW TO APPLY This role is an immediate start so please apply online (attaching your CV) as soon as possible.
