We are currently looking to appoint an Internal Quality Assurer, to assure the quality of teaching learning and assessment process for learners within the Recruitment and Business services sector. The ideal candidate will be a driven, self-motivated individual with a passion to perform who can support and contribute to our growth plans. The role will be field based and be flexible to travel.. The ideal candidate for this role will have either an IQA or IV qualification with previous experience of Assessing and Quality Assuring Business Skills/ Recruitment qualifications. You will have management experience within the Recruitment or Business sector as well as a strong knowledge of the principles and practices of internal quality assurance Responsibilities: •Working closely with the Operations team to support and drive performance •Understand the Principles and Practices of Internally Assuring the Quality of Assessment •Ensuring compliance and best practice in line with awarding organisation requirements •Conducting observations, sampling and standardisation •Ensure all supporting verification records comply with Solvovir Quality Assurance Procedures including Data Protection •Supporting in the preparation and management of Standard Verifier and system audit visits •Plan Allocate and Monitor Work in Own Area of Responsibility •Mentor and Support Assessment Staff to deliver high standards of teaching, learning and assessment Requirements: •Internal Quality Assurance or IV Qualification •A1 or CAVA qualified •Strong Recruitment/ Business services background is essential for this role- Occupational expertise in line with the appropriate assessment strategy •Experienced Assessor or IQA / IV in the Recruitment/ business service sector •Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Internal & External Verification standards
