Graduate Consultant/Headhunter - Specialist IT & Engineering Collaborative & trusting team environment £18,000-£22,000 per annum + uncapped commission Due to the amazing success we have had over the past 19 years, we now have availability in our Birmingham office for individuals that are eager to be successful! As a recruiter you will be: Cold calling to develop new business with exciting brands within the IT and Engineering sectors. Building new clients and account managing pre-existing clientele, ensure all relationships are nurtured to the full extent. Writing job adverts, headhunting and holding networking events for your candidate base. Negotiating salaries and fees.
