Job Title: IT Recruitment Consultant (Senior or Principal depending on experience) Brand: Spring Technology Hours: 8:30-5:30pm (Monday to Friday) Location: City of London Primary function of the role: ensure their personal sales results contribute to the team achieving and exceeding its objectives and KPI’s. This will be achieved by identifying potential recruitment opportunities within the specified vertical market and generating revenue by placing candidates into permanent vacancies or temporary assignments, either in new or existing accounts. Expectations: * Achieve weekly/monthly/annual targets in line with Spring Technology Performance and Promotion Criteria * Create personal business plans to achieve team/personal objectives; * Report individual weekly performance to line manager and colleagues in open forum * Work closely with colleagues to achieve team targets/objectives Key Role & Responsibilities: Sales * Achieve weekly/monthly/annual targets as per the Performance and Promotion Criteria * To develop and maintain good working relationships with clients ensuring an efficient service is provided that exceeds their resourcing requirements * Gain commitment from clients through regular sales calls and visits * Optimise all opportunities to sell the services of our Company * Structure daily and weekly activities to ensure targets are met or exceeded * Manage hotlists of candidates, to ensure you have the very best available candidates in your specialist market * To report individual weekly performance forecast, update and review to line manager and colleagues in open forum * Manage client relationships, ensuring first point of contact for client account * Carry out sales presentations at client meetings Service Delivery * To be accountable for the delivery of all activities within the recruitment life cycle including: * Receiving and qualifying requirements from client * –Database * –Resourcing of candidates * –Publication of relevant advertising on internet media * –Qualification of candidates * –Submission of candidates * –Conducting Candidate Interviews * –Arranging interviews for client and candidates * –Making offers to candidates and securing placements * –Ongoing Contractor/Candidate management * To work to project plans and deadlines * To manage the delivery of recruitment campaigns, recruitment events and assist with retained business opportunities To prioritise workload, focusing on revenue generating tasks in order to bring in annual revenue target * To ensure compliance with client key performance indicators and present these to client Compliance * To be accountable for own compliance to all business standards * Ensuring that Bond Adapt is used to its full potential, maintaining the quality and integrity * Ensure accuracy of data added to bond adapt to prevent revision on deals * To adhere to Company standard terms and conditions You will need to display the following personal attributes to succeed in the role: * Strong desire to succeed, win business and grow your market * Resilience, self-motivation and ability to work under pressure * Strong communication and relationship building skills * Client and candidate customer focused * Confident, able to use own initiative and manage own workload We will require you to have experience of: * Recruitment Experience * Reaching and exceeding sales targets * Telephone and face to face sales * Working in an environment that is fast paced and target driven * Working to deadlines that reach beyond core working hours * Customer service Adecco are an equal opportunities employer, if we do not respond within 7 days then your application has been unsuccessful.
