IT Recruiter 6-12 month FTC London Competitive Salary A BIT ABOUT Operating at the heart of our business, Shared Services offer efficiencies to all of our Brands by providing centralised resources and competitive synergies for the Group. The Shared Services teams work across all Brands and are responsible for a huge range of activities from delivering product to over 30 countries worldwide, to achieving award winning store designs and handling 100,000 Customer Care calls each year. Within Shared Services there are over 1,000 employees working across 16 distinctive departments including IT, Finance, HR, Logistics, PR, Property, Digital and Purchasing. THE ROLE An opportunity has now arisen for somebody to join the Talent Team on a 6-12 month fixed term contract as an IT Recruiter. Recruitment spend across IT has gradually been increasing over the last few years due to new roles being signed off across the business. We are looking for an experienced Recruiter who has ideally worked across multiple verticals. This person will recruit for positions such as: Business Analysts, Project and Programme Managers, Lead Architects, Business Systems, Scrum Masters, etc. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY TO DAY • To work closely with the IT Directors to identify their requirements and help to fulfil their recruitment needs as quickly as possible • To utilise all recruitment methods in order to locate the right candidates e.g. LinkedIn, advertising, social media, and networking • To act as a representative for Arcadia and meet all appropriate candidates for a first stage interview to assess technical skills and Arcadia fit • To develop strong working relationships with the Hiring Managers and Shared Services HR team, keeping in regular contact and keeping them updated regarding any changes and developments to the vacancies • To focus on achieving the monthly and annual target for the division, actively working on vacancies to reduce agency spend and reliance • To look at other ways of attracting talent at this level for the business outside of what is currently used, e.g. understanding what the main competitors do, working with the IT Directors and Head of Talent Acquisition to develop new ideas MUST HAVES • Demonstrable experience in Technology/IT hiring • Extensive knowledge of the Tech market place including its candidate base • Ability to work on c20 vacancies at any one time • Excellent communication skills • Ability to build strong relationships across the business at all levels • Ability to persuade and influence • Personable and enthusiastic • Proactive and self-motivated • Resilient and tenacious • Flexible with the ability to adapt to new areas • Highly organised • Ability to work in a fast paced environment THE EXCITING PART • Generous holiday with holiday trading • 25% staff discount • Early finish summer hours • Access to sample sales • Regular team and company social events • Pension scheme • Company bonus scheme • Interest free season ticket loan We regret, due to volume, only suitable applicants will be contacted You'll find every Arcadia brand shares the same values.
