CCA is delighted to be partnering with another successful and rapidly expanding specialist European IT recruitment business who are seeking an IT Recruitment BDM (Business Development Manager) to help drive the company's success. The business, established in 1991 and leaders in its field across EMEA, has an enviable record of success in the Manchester office which has seen exponential sales growth in the last three years with revenues doubling YOY in the last 12 months alone. They now find themselves in a position where they are the number one choice for many of their client group and need to make sure that they are doing all they can to nurture the wide network of warm business relationships that they have grown across Europe. As such, in the role of IT Recruitment BDM you will be responsible for the following: * Build, maintain, and grow warm relationships with IT sales clients and candidates alike across the EMEA region * Use strong communication and influencing skills to generate IT recruitment leads and recruitment opportunities from your network * Win business from the company's strong client relationships in the tech and IT sector * Use strong attention to detail and English language skills to take detailed briefs from clients and co-ordinate delivery via the company's resourcers * Provide consistent, high quality service to the company's client and candidate network with a view of maximising opportunities and business relationships at all times This is an exciting growth business whose HQ was founded in 1991 but with the added bonus that the Manchester office has the feel of a rapidly expanding start-up. The environment is a boutique, small yet fun space with perks such as free office food / croissants / chocolate bars etc..., regular commission and bonus payments and frequent achievers' trips. The position is an out-and-out "180" business development position which is commissioned based on the successful delivery of the briefs via the company's separate resourcer team. It is a model that is tried and trusted and works well in the company's sector (IT, Technology and Digital Sales across EMEA.) To be successful in the role of IT Recruitment BDM you should possess the following experience: * Drive, hunger and ambition to succeed and win * A strong competitive personality * At least 1 year of direct telesales or business development success, ideally within a technology recruitment sector * Excellent and clear English language skills (this role is focused purely on the non-UK EMEA market) * A solid understanding of technical concepts and terms This role would best suit a strong IT or Technology recruitment professional who is happiest when talking to clients and senior candidates, or perhaps a strong business development manager within a job board or recruitment technology sector.
