We are looking for experienced senior recruitment consultants that can hit the ground running. You will be given complete autonomy to manage and develop your business with the full support of senior staff. Generating new business is the key to success and we are looking for determined driven individuals that are looking for an on-going rewarding career. What you will do: * Developing business with new clients over the phone and face to face * Meet and exceed financial targets each month * Sourcing candidates to match clients requirements * Advertising vacancies * Monitoring advert responses * Interviewing candidates and preparing them for interviews with clients * Utilise the database to manage candidates, clients and vacancies. * Negotiating offers between your clients and candidates Who we are looking for: * Experienced in a IT recruitment background * Evident ability to exceed set targets and KPI's * Excellent written and verbal communicator * Hungry and driven to succeed In return we can offer an excellent package including a high end commission structure, 25 days holiday, flexi working, continued support and access to some of the UK's biggest clients.
