You must therefore be willing to learn and most importantly work hard to keep up with the existing team. Established for over 10 years, we are a boutique IT agency who provides clients nationwide with IT support services. We have a long standing client base, including SME and Multinational organisations Why choose this role? * Modern Office in the heart of Petts Wood, Greater London * Great entry into sales * Excellent commission to be earned * Progression in the company * Training will be provided from day one * You will train to be a full 360 consultant * Placing all levels of candidates up to Senior level * Understanding specific requirements for vacancies to be filled * Source the most suitable applicants, interviewing them and assessing their knowledge and skill level * Work and liaise with colleagues in other parts of the business * Develop industry, sector and subject matter expertise The Person: * Degree Qualified:- Preferably 2.1 * The ability to self-start and solve problems * Daily access to our Petts Wood office * Proactive, sociable and an avid problem solver willing to share and present ideas * Competitive character, but one who takes pride in others' achievements and success, as well as your own * Good communication skills with a mature and confident manner * A good listener with self-motivation * Presentable * Confident to speak on the telephone If you feel that you meet the above criteria and would like the opportunity to work with us then please send your CV for our immediate consideration
