IT Recruitment Consultant Belfast City Centre Competitive base salary, up to 35% commission, bonus, benefits. The perfect opportunity for an individual to kick-start their career in the recruitment market with a rapidly growing company. We are a specialist IT Recruitment Consultancy based in Belfast City Centre; however we focus on the IT market within the Republic of Ireland. With our new office just opened in North Carolina (USA), we will need ambitious individuals to further drive our success. *You do not need previous IT or Recruitment experience to be eligible for this role* We are actively seeking for individuals in which the following criteria applies: Essential: 3+ months experience in a sales-orientated environment (Mobile phone shops, estate agency, car dealerships, telesales etc.) Desirable: Third level degree in any subject A high level of motivation, resilience and goal-orientated approach to business Excellent communication and organizational skills Must be professional and confident to deal at a high level with clients and candidates The Role: You will build and develop your own niche IT Recruitment Desk and this will involve the following: Building a network of candidates (Using advertising platforms) Sourcing, targeting and developing your own portfolio of clients Overseeing the entire recruitment cycle for each position Building relationships and trust with both candidates and potential clients Always represent the brand in a positive and professional manner Why work with Reperio?
