Methods Professional Services Recruitment Agency are recruiting for a IT Recruitment Consultant to join our London Office on a permanent basis. Requirements The main function of this role is to provide resourcing and sales support in the translation of new opportunities and framework resourcing opportunities into new business. The IT Recruitment Consultant will be: Engaging with client personnel or internal account manager to ensure a complete understanding of the requirement. Building comprehensive candidate networks and increasing networking capability through social media. Carrying out searches on the Company database and job boards to match suitable & available candidates to Client requirements/opportunities. Liaising with specialist sub-contractors to find specific resources. Placing adverts on job boards and ensuring suitable candidates are transferred to Salesforce. Carrying out face to face & telephone interviews with prospective Candidates. Taking references in a competent & professional manner in line with Quality procedures. Generating Client testimonials (for candidates who have worked on assignment for Methods) and Client references. Reviewing, formatting and preparing CVs to a Company standard. Establishing relationships and negotiating - with key clients, candidates and third parties. Input into process improvement ideas & implementation. Understanding active candidates - their roles, the projects and the clients.Ideal candidates will demonstrate: Ideally degree educated or equivalent, business or IT related. Strong proficiency in boolean searching via job boards and Linkedin Recruiter. Experience in delivering a Recruitment Resourcing role, ideally for Interim Technology or Project/Programme Management specialists. Energetic self-starter, able to operate autonomously, but also be a major contributor to the team. Enthusiastic and confident personality, with credibility and gravitas. Proven ability to work under pressure, delivering effectively against tight deadlines. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal, presentation and good IT skills. Self-motivated. Knowledge of Recruitment process for Interim Specialists.
