Based in Chorley, we are a small and friendly run boutique IT recruitment specialist. We are specifically looking for an experienced IT recruitment expert with a track record of success in a 360 environment. We have a very high CV to Interview ratio, due to our determination to work hard to get the right candidate fit.. We ideally want a recruiter to build a Contractor and/or Software desk to accommodate our clients in Lancashire. We offer Job boards, loads of customer data, string candidate database, CRM, marketing and a resourcer. Your duties: Build a new desk - IT Contracting and/or Software Development Work closely with clients and candidate's a like The support and your personal use of Use marketing techniques to develop new business Grow existing accounts Advertise vacancies, social media, networking Candidate engagement: Screen CVs, interview candidates etc Manage the full 360 processWhat are the benefits?
