IT Recruitment Consultant and or trainee IT Recruitment Consultant (Account manager in existing accounts and new business) Education requirements: Must have A levels OR equivalent college quals AND/OR higher education equivalent degree/HND. Basic Salary: £16,000 - £35,000/annum dependent on experience . With the added commission earnings you can comfortably expect an extra = £15,000 - £35,000 *bonus in YR1 (*uncapped). Equalling a total take home salary of circa £60,000. Additional benefits: mobile phone / allowance, laptop, pension, city centre location, warm desk and current accounts to manage. Responsibilities include: • Candidate sourcing and Account Management - into existing WARM accounts provided to nurture and place people into immediately. Training to develop new client relationships of your own, given time and as the role evolves into a fully fledged consultant with promotion. The crux of the role will be to deliver into existing key client relationships and accounts via candidate sourcing. This will be done through a multi-channel approach including internal and external resources; inclusive of the world leading CRM system Bullhorn, major job boards, LinkedIn, forums and social media.
