IT Recruitment Executive £35,000 - £40,000 + Commission + bonus and great benefits Based in Central London Are you a Business Developer, keen to work in a very Corporate environment? Do you have Strong IT knowledge?  This role is a superb opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant specialist looking to move into a Corporate IT development role.  My Client is the UK's leading software testing consultancy. Successful candidate’s need to be able to hit the ground running and are not afraid to jump on the phone and continue to build relationships with their existing client base while building new ones to help the business grow.  IT Recruitment Executive responsibilities: Establishing customer/prospect need Qualifying and appointment booking. New business generation; using public information to find new prospects Data research and collation; adding new businesses to the existing database of customers and prospects Data management of an existing database of customers and prospects. Providing information to the Account Manager on prospects in a timely fashion Updating and managing customer records in the company CRM Qualification of prospects IT Recruitment Executive requirements: Excellent sales focus and a love of working on the phone. Minimum 2 years’ experience in phone sales Excellent communication skills A proven track record in building relationships and booking qualified appointments Practical skills to deliver independently Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing environments A professional, enthusiastic, organised and driven approach to your work.
