From our presence in both in the UK and USA our team specialise in the placement of skilled professionals globally on permanent, interim and consultancy basis. To support our continued growth and expansion along with a number of recent customer acquisitions we are looking to bring an IT Recruitment Resourcer on an initial 3-month contract to augment our existing team. Tasked with providing resourcing activities and candidate delivery to our pipeline of IT vacancies, you will use multiple channels to identify and qualify suitable candidates inline with client requirements. You will then prepare their CV details for introduction, coordinate interview activities following the recruitment process through to candidate onboarding. The Credentials - Identify and qualify suitable candidates through our internal candidate database, online job boards such as Indeed, Reed, Monster, JobServe, Jobsite etc. candidate referral, social and business media. - Translation of client job specifications into job advertisements and marketing them to prospective candidates. - Pre-screen and prepare candidates ready for client interviews. - Obtain and hold candidates right to work, compliance and background verification documents in accordance with GDPR policies - Management of the recruitment process through to candidate onboarding. - Administration of our recruitment CRM and applicant tracking system Salesforce - Work to and exceed (reasonable) pre-agreed KPI’s (Key performance indicators) monthly The Candidate - Ideally prior experience in an recruitment/supporting HR role and/or phone based customer services. - Must be enthusiastic, outgoing, driven, self-motivated, entrepreneurial, ambitious and articulate. - Capable of effectively communicating over the phone and in person with professionals of various levels including Senior Management and Executives. - Ability to work as part of a team, contribute ideas and work under your own initiative - Excellent IT literacy particularly with the MS Office suite - Good English Language and communication skills. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise workload - Impeccable presentation skills The Compensation - £8.00 - £10.00 per hour The Hours - Monday – Friday 9.00am – 6.00 pm - Sometimes working outside standard working hours, to deliver against tight deadlines to meet workload and client’s demands
