IT Recruitment Resourcer A resourcing role in IT recruitment - based in Fareham, Hampshire About Us Blueprint Recruitment is an exciting professional recruitment company based on the Cams Hall Estate at Fareham, near Portsmouth. We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to work in our IT division. You will be part of our enthusiastic and ambitious team of Recruitment Consultants which has excellent team-based benefits, including early finishes on Fridays, social events, a Boat Trip and Christmas and Summer parties. This position will suit an experienced IT Resourcer or an ambitious graduate who wants to be part of an exciting sales team. The position We are looking for an IT Resourcer to work with IT candidates for both permanent and contract vacancies. The work centres upon finding candidates for jobs and providing excellent customer service through telephone work. You will be building relationships and matching candidates to vacancies, as well as arranging for them to attend interviews. About you Ideally you will be a university graduate. You will need to have a competitive personality and will be looking for a job that provides you with the opportunity to earn commission and bonuses on top of your salary. You will also be determined, ambitious and proactive. You will have a strong ability to communicate with customers and you will have an excellent telephone manner. Full recruitment training is provided. The benefits You will be paid a good basic salary and will receive commission and bonuses related to targets and performance.
