The Job

Working with some amazing clients, you will be placing IT Sales personnel into contracts and careers based anywhere from the UK & Europe to Japan to New York. Your client base will consist of very niche, specialist systems and applications developers through to huge Global IT vendors. This is a 360 degree Recruitment role and as such you will take full responsibility for account management, business development, delivery, networking and marketing for your specialist area. You can expect as much support as you require to become the ‘go-to’ person in your space. There are endless career opportunities with this role. Not least because IT Sales is one of the fastest growing industries right now and will only continue to flourish. 

The Person

A background in IT Sales would be advantageous but candidates from any Sales Recruitment background can be highly successful in this space, as long as you have the right attitude and the will to succeed. 
You should be skilled in recognising talent, delivering on clients’ needs and building on relationships with your growing network. We don’t want any corner-cutters or cowboys here. It’s all about working to World class recruitment standards and standing out from the competition.
