Job Description: • Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies • Screening and short-listing candidates before clients meet them • Meeting targets for the number of vacancies taken or the number of people placed into jobs • Consultations with prospects for our clients • Making outbound calls to candidates • Monitoring your stats and targets Key Skills: • Somebody who is outspoken and confident • Good understanding of sales and networking • Knowledge on UK education • Demonstrate the potential to build and maintain professional relationships • Have good organisation skills and attention to detail • Demonstrate the ability to work at a fast pace • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen • Be ambitious and highly motivated • Demonstrate a willingness to learn to sell • Someone with good initiative and conversational skills • Self motivated and results driven • Excellent presentation Essential Criteria: • Good standard of secondary and college education, at least 5 GCSE’s above grade C (including Maths & English) and A levels. • Previous experience in sales (minimum of 1 year) • Demonstrate a high level of customer service and customer care • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written • Excellent interpersonal skills • Proficient in use of computers (word processing, spreadsheets, email and internet • Evidence of good organisational and time management skills • Ability to work flexibly to ensure business needs are met
