Job title: Junior Recruitment Advisor Location of the job: W2 1BD Contract type: Temp – 1 Month (potential for extension) Weekly hours: 35 Working hours and breaks: 9am-5pm (Core Hours, flexible) Pay rate per hour: PAYE £14.24 – Ltd Company Rate £17.95 Duties in this role * Applicant tracking (using cornerstone technology). * Manual work programmes (“Can do” attitude due being in the middle of an upgrade). * End to End recruitment (Receiving applications, logging, tracking, dealing with managers, issuing offers). * Working with a broad area of business. * Managing candidate experience from start to finish. * Telephone interviews and arranging interviews. * Issuing offer letters. * General Administration work. Essential criteria Skills: * Ability to work of own initiative. * Previous recruitment experience. * Experience of using applicant tracking systems. * Selection and attraction. * Appropriate interview questions etc * RTW/Compliance/Regulatory knowledge You will be required to use excel and other tracking programmes
