The Role As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will learn to manage your own client portfolio and run a business within a business. You will be trained in both Candidate Management (interviewing candidates, marketing, headhunting) and Business Development, (cold-calling, client meetings, negotiating terms of business and maintaining client relationships). It is a unique opportunity offering fantastic potential to develop personally and professionally as well as become a genuine expert in this sector. This opportunity will require a real self-starter to build your desk as there are no KPIs or targets and the team use flexible working to maintain a good work-life balance. You will need to be degree educated or have experience within the sales sector/developing relationships within a professional setting, be highly ambitious, competitive and of course money motivated. The Package You will receive a basic salary of £20,000 to £25,000 dependent upon experience with an amazing commission of up to 40% with no threshold as well as quarterly bonus. Flexible working is on offer as well as 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
