This is a fantastic opportunity to join a unique boutique agency recruiting for clients of all sizes and sectors, and will require a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with high attention to detail. The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a small team is essential to succeed within this role. Job role: * Write and post job adverts * Resource candidates using our database, job boards, LinkedIn, and your own network of contacts. * Shortlist candidate applications * Handling the recruitment process of potential candidates. * Initiating and building customer relationships Skills: * This will be a full 360 role with all training provided where needed. We are open to all experience levels so long as you have a good telephone manner and are comfortable speaking to people. * Drive and self-motivation * Good time management and organisational skills * Excellent communication Being a smaller, boutique agency we are able to offer good career progression and the opportunity to drive the business forward
