Trainee / Junior Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer - IT, Banking Finance, Telecoms, Consultancies Centum Recruitment International is hiring ! We are an IT Recruitment Business based in Sevenoaks, Kent. We plan to build on the firm base we have already established with our European clients and seek new opportunities in the UK, Europe and beyond Centum Recruitment has carved out a niche in the European IT contract market over the last 10 years. If you are looking for a challenging sales career with the potential to make big money but don’t fancy the cost and hassle of commuting to London then this could be the opportunity for you. Remote working is a possibility with 1-2 days in the office when Covid situation allows and after an initial training period. I am looking for an ambitious individual who wants to work in an environment where success can be measured and where there is a definite relationship between effort and reward. Centum Recruitment specialises in placing highly skilled IT and Business Consultants with clients across Europe and the UK. We are currently looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant who can help us further develop our presence in our chosen markets. The Person * Excellent communication skills (written & spoken) and an articulate telephone manner * Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills * Competitive, tenacious and resilient * High energy, ambitious, motivated and target driven * Team player who can also work alone using own initiative * European languages are a bonus but not essential * Some sales experience would be beneficial The Role * Search for suitable candidates for contract and permanent requirements using in-house and external tools and platforms * Thoroughly screen and qualify candidates via telephone to achieve accurate shortlists of suitably skilled candidates for consideration * Format CVs in an appropriate format for submission to client * Continually identify new candidates and acquire market and client intelligence by making proactive phone calls We give our consultants a powerful mix of in-house training, 3rd party sales training and one-on-one coaching. Our goal is to fast-track inexperienced but ambitious individuals from Resourcers / Junior Consultants into polished, professional 360 Recruiters who will run their own profitable desks and teams
