Job Description Reports to: Senior Consultant/Client Relationship Manager/Regional Manager/Sales Director Based at: Glasgow Job purpose: • The main purpose of the role is to deliver against recruitment assignments provided by senior members of the team • To undertake daily activities which include candidate market mapping, talent pooling and managing the candidate through a recruitment process. • The role is accountable for generating sales leads for Rullion which are in-line with the overall sales strategy for Specialist Markets. • Understanding customers and candidate’s needs and objectives is a key function of success in the role. Key responsibilities and accountabilities: Individual • To achieve personal financial objectives • Formulating a weekly business plan to achieve Personal Targets/Objectives • Ensure the upholding of Rullion’s values/culture/ethos/methodologies/vision and adherence to all company policies such as software systems, objective’s and procedures specifically including but not limited to MyRullion • Create new business leads • Create talent pools of highly qualified candidates, screen, interview and test applicants where applicable • To ensure that the company’s front office system, MyRullion, is fully utilized and that data is entered into the system accurately, in detail and in a timely fashion • To ensure that the team are fully compliant with the company’s Quality Procedures and Quality Manual/Processes • To ensure that we effectively and efficiently manage our customer’s brand • To ensure that we effectively and efficiently manage Rullion’s brand • To behave in a manner which is aligned to the company culture and its values Job knowledge, skills and experience: Specialist Knowledge • It is a preference to have previous experience and knowledge working in the recruitment sector.
