Junior Recruitment Coordinator Silent Sounds are an ever growing Interpreting and Translation Services Agency, offering solutions to the UK’s public sector. We are a friendly High Wycombe based company and have been awarded a place on a number of high profile frameworks. We have an excellent opportunity for someone looking to go in to recruitment or looking to develop their career in recruitment. The role requires a pro-active, motivated and organised individual who will be proficient in coordinating an end to end recruitment process (full training will be given). You will already have the ability to prioritise a large and ever changing workload. Flexibility, attention to detail and the ability to use initiative and problem solve are essential to manage a demanding and often conflicting workload in this fast paced environment. You will have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills as you will be the main point of contact for all candidates. Responsibilities: • Respond to all workforce queries regarding Interpreter recruitment • Source candidates by using recruitment sites and social media platforms • Place adverts on external sites • Conduct telephone interviews • Send Application Packs to successful candidates and ensure Freelance agreements are signed • Validate Freelancer’s documents • Ensure all freelancers are issued with ID Badges • Provide references • Maintain the database ensuring all data is accurate and up to date and freelancers are compliant • Assist the bookings team through busy periods. About you: • Previous office experience • Excellent communication and research skills • Excellent organisational skills, a high attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently • Problem-solving skills • Pro-active and self-motivated; also a good team player • Familiarity with MS Outlook ,MS Word and Excel If this sounds like you, please apply now.
