Job Description

A prestigious US Law Firm is looking to hire a new Lateral Partner Recruitment Coordinator to join the London team, to provide administrative support to all aspects of the firm’s lateral partner recruiting processes. Responsibilities will include the coordination of all candidate interviews, preparation and circulation of business case materials, collating interview feedback and other supporting requirements, liaising with recruitment agencies on new candidate submission, ensuring CV and other submissions materials are logged and circulated appropriately for consideration, working with the teams administrative assistant to ensure the smooth running of all administrative processes for the wider team, coordinate with front of hours and IT staff to ensure all candidate meetings are properly organized and run efficiently. Other duties include assisting with the organization of all Lateral Partner and new Partner review meetings along with the preparation and circulation of supporting materials, taking minutes as required, coordinating complex international travel itineraries for partner candidates, assisting with the on boarding of new partners, field queries and provide updates to key stakeholders in the absence of the manager in the team, assisting with preparation of agency search agreements and subsequent payment of invoices and other expenses. Candidates must have strong administrative and organizational skills, previous professional services experience is required, preferably within a law firm. Candidates for this role must be able and willing to deal with the considerable administrative workload required as well as demonstrating the necessary initiative and confidence to work under minimal supervision as needed.
