Lead Generation Consultant – Step into Recruitment £18,000 - £22,000 + Bonus Basingstoke The role will be part of our award winning Recruitment Team who are hiring Sales Consultants across the UK. As the Lead Generation Consultant, you will make outbound calls to a warm database of candidates, with the objective of referring suitable candidates over to the recruitment sales team. As the Lead Generation Consultants, you are expected to be highly professional, tenacious and compliant at all times. This is a fantastic opportunity if you are keen to get on the ladder in a sales recruitment environment.
