Job Description

Roma Black are working with a market leading organisation to source a Lead Recruitment Advisor to join the South London site. This role involved the line management of a team of Recruitment Coordinators and also travel between the sites. Due to the remote locations, you will be required to have a driving licence and vehicle in order to reach them. Key Responsibilities include: - Managing all recruitment for the South region, ensuring informative data is filtered through to relevant departments, such as Compliance - Work closely with Recruitment Coordinators, ensuring efficient delivery of all recruitment requirements, including interviews, obtaining relevant documentation and regular updates with the Compliance Team - Effective team management including, 121s, probation reviews, personal development reviews and regular training and development - Develop new recruitment strategies to gain competitive advantage within the industry - Work with the Resourcing Manager to develop and deliver training for relevant staff members in recruitment - Maintain and review internal and external advertising - Remain informed on all recruitment legislation and ensure this is communicated to relevant hiring managers - Record regular activity reports using management information to demonstrate effectiveness of recruitment - Observe the Data Protection Act and Freedom of Information to meet all internal and external requirements - Team management of 3 Recruitment Coordinators You will have demonstrable experience within a Recruitment role in an agency environment and ideally, have team management experience, however this is not essential. Driving License and Vehicle required
