We are currently recruiting for a highly professional and experienced Training Provider. This client has over 35 years' experience supporting learners. As a result of expansion we are looking to recruit an experienced Learner Engagement and Recruitment Manager. As a qualified and experienced Learner Engagement/Recruitment Manager, you can expect: - £26k- £30k Salary + Performance Related Pay - 24 days- rising to 28 days + bank/public holidays - Travel Expenses, Mobile, Laptop - Pension Scheme - Career Opportunities and supportive management structure This is an excellent opportunity as this Training Provider have recently opened up a new Training Centre in the Wigan and Leigh Area. Key responsibilities of the Learner Engagement and Recruitment Manager will include: - Signing up new learners to Pre- Employability Traineeship Programmes, enrolling the learner and booking the learners onto the relevant programme. -Engagement with Job Centre Plus and Key referral partners -This role is targeted and your performance will be measured against securing learners onto courses every month and retention of learners. -Arrange and attend open days to secure customers for pre-employment training. -Provide advice and guidance to potential customers on training and employment opportunities. -Attend career fairs, networking events and unemployment presentations to widen network of referral partners. Skills and Experience required for the Learner Engagement and Recruitment Manager - Previous experience within a related role- Learner Engagement, Employee Engagement or Recruitment - Experience of working to targets - Experience of working with young people and providing information, advice and guidance to learners who are not in education, training or employment (NEET) - Networking, Lead Generation and building relationships with referral agents - Experience of using social media for promotional aspects - Excellent organisational skills and time management - A Sales/Recruitment background would be highly regarded - Good all round Administration Skills - Full UK Driving License and own transport The position of the Learner Engagement Manager will involve working very closely with Job Centre+ and building relationships other Key Referral Partners and outreach organisations. This is an autonomous role that allows the successful candidate to be creative and forge relationships with particular target groups in order to generate interest for the Traineeship Programmes. The role will also involve outreach work, where you will be engaging with organisations and giving talks, promoting the different programmes that are available. Successful candidates have come from Recruitment and Work Based Learning backgrounds, who have experience of working with Young People and completing the sign up process.
