Learner Recruiter (Apprenticeships/Foundation programmes) London To £28K Our client is a successful training organisation and is looking to appoint an experienced Learner Recruiter to coordinate activity leading to the achievement of all recruitment targets across both the Apprenticeship and Foundation programmes. To lead on the delivery of a designated calendar of In-touch Recruitment activity To lead on the development of young people’s work readiness through a pre-designed set of activities Liaise with Business Support Team on pipeline vacancies and pipeline applicants To work with vocational managers to appropriately place learners with suitable employers To organise the engagement of external organisations to facilitate the recruitment of young people Liaise with vocational teams to ensure all applicants are offered a personalised programme appropriate to their needs To provide advice and guidance to all applicants at entry to the organisation To coordinate the development of suitable and appropriate work placement opportunities for young people To coordinate all activity between the recruitment team and employers during the learner placement process The successful candidate will have: A Level 3 or higher qualification in a youth related subject area or an IAG qualification or equivalent experience.
