We recruit for Colleges and Training Providers across the UK. Intro: Our client is looking for a home based learner recruiter to join their team. We are currently recruiting for a National Training company who deliver a range of Apprenticeships across the UK. Over the last 10 years they have helped 1000's of apprentices complete their apprenticeships and supported 100's of employers with work based learning. Our client is recruiting for a home based learner recruiter to join their business development team. Role and Responsibilities: The Learner Recruiter will work from home, doing a 180 resourcing role, which is mainly based over the phone and through using various online platforms. The onus of the Learner Recruiter role will be to source new learners to fill vacancies with local employers, that have been generated by the business development team. A key part of the learner recruiter role will be to advertise vacancies, registering candidates and attend events to highlight the benefits of doing an apprenticeship to learners. The Learner Recruiter will also be tasked with going through all of the applications, from the adverts and matching the best candidate to the current live vacancies. In order to fill the vacancies, the learner recruiter will also support and coach the learners through the interview process. As this is home based role, the Learner Recruiter will be required to go to head office once a month to meet with the wider team and highlight learner numbers. Experience and Skills: Ideally the successful candidate will have worked as a learner recruiter of another training provider or college The successful candidate will have worked in a resourcing role within recruitment or have worked within recruitment, business development or sales in training.
