Learner Recruiter (Apprenticeships)

Our client is a Grade 1 National Training provider who is looking to recruit a Learner Recruiter to join their apprenticeships team. Location: Wolverhampton, Black Country Salary: Up to £26k basic with uncapped bonus paid monthly As an Apprenticeship Learner Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing suitable learners for the training providers apprenticeship vacancies with local employers. You will be responsible for recruiting young people for these vacancies from the National Apprenticeship Service vacancy website and the company's Study Programme and Traineeship provision as well as through other sources. The successful candidate should have a strong background in recruitment or sales, employer engagement and ideally have a good understanding of the education system and apprenticeships sector. You will have excellent networking and communication skills. A driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.
