Job Description

The purpose of the role is to successfully engage with childcare employers and local businesses, understand their needs and successfully match people to Apprenticeship, training and skills opportunities. You will also be converting leads from a Customer Engagement Team by confirming eligibility of the learners onto programme and the upselling products and services; the primary focus of attraction being around 16 - 18 year old learners. Successful candidates will have the ability to influence, will be passionate and have the ability to successfully network. We are looking for innovative, dynamic, target driven people to add value through the Apprenticeship agenda. This role is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis. Travelling expenses will be reimbursed. We are looking for candidates with the following: Knowledge of vocational training and the Skills Industry Successful sales or recruitment experience Knowledge and application of relevant selling techniques including presentation skills Good IT and organisational Skills Ability to work according to own initiativeMy client is offering a basic salary of £24,000 - £26,000 plus bonus, 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, Healthcare, Life Insurance, Employer Contributory pension, Enhanced Maternity & Paternity pay, Childcare vouchers and 2 days paid for charity work.
