We are now entering into the next exciting phase of our journey and are looking for an outstanding Sales & Customer Service Executive to join our team and help us achieve our vision. THE ROLE This is a pivotal role within the Business Development function of SCL Education and Training. This position works alongside Business Development Managers in partnering with Academies to maximise their commercial value. The role plays a significant contributing part to maximising the number of secured learner numbers on each of our Sporting Academy programmes by providing strong, efficient office support and aiding the smooth transition between trial and on-boarding. KEY RESPONSBILITIES AND DUTIES Account manage allocated academies – build and maintain relationships and assist in maximising the commercial potential of the academy whilst supporting key contacts with system/on-boarding support Support and coach academies/tutors with the learner recruitment process Work to target and tight deadline whilst always ensuring SLA’s are met and a positive experience is had by the learner Take calls from potential candidate / learner and provide information on our academy programmes Identify suitable academies for the learners Book the learners onto a trial at the suitable academy Send clear and accurate listings of trialists to each academy Respond to candidates by email either accepting, rejecting or deferring their applications. Follow up with candidates on non-attendance Take the lead on “on boarding” communication and PR with candidates accepted / deferred onto the academy programmes, ensuring their interest in SCL remains high and their commitment to starting the programme remains until their start date. Act as central point of contact for all onboarding clients. Book candidates onto interview and assessment for academic ability. Receive back and deliver interview feedback to the candidates. Send offer letters out to learners Ensure all agreements are returned back and signed in time for the start of the programme. Ensure that the CRM System is updated, maintained and managed appropriately with learners. Identify careers events for attracting learners. Produce statistics and reports to the Management and Directors team on progress of learners against target.
