Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity to work for a Grade 1 Training Provider, as a Learner Recruitment and Marketing Manager, to cover the East of England, to lead and support a team of Recruitment and Induction officers in meeting and exceeding Key performance indicators. Identify support needs of individual staff and work with the regional managers to provide continuous professional development. Build and strengthen excellent team working and relationships across the centres to ensure and collaborative, marketing efforts to boost under performing areas. The role will also involve co-ordinating marketing events arrange staffing and activities to ensure that Nova delivers, a vibrant and interactive stand that attracts young people. To regularly review the quality and quantity of marketing activity undertaken by the RIO’s. update social media websites and online campaigns on a regular basis. Essential Attributes: * Relevant skills, knowledge and experience with sales and customer service related to the education sector * Level 2 literacy and numeracy, ICT skills * Level 4 IAG * Team Leading L3 * An innovative approach to online and offline marketing and outreach activities. * The post will require the individual to be mobile, so full UK driving licence, business insurance and use of a vehicle is essential with this position.
