Best Choice Training are looking for an experienced Learner Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding team. I ideally you will have worked with young people ages 16-24 year old's and have knowledge of the jobs market.

Job Purpose: A brilliant, versatile and confident individual to work in our Sales and Recruitment Team. The successful
individual will be given opportunity to develop and utilize their skills and experience and work for the company and really
make a difference within the team. You will be provided with training on the company products and services to enable you
to effectively represent and obtain new business.
You involved in recruitment and support of learners to promote participation of admission and progression into suitable
area of studies and work.
Ø To provide support with accurate and relevant information, advice and guidance that is impartial and person-
Ø To provide support with administration that support accurate and confidential record keeping.
Ø To facilitate continuous engagement with customers through learner forum and newsletters.
Provide effective information, advice and guidance to potential learners and employers about our products and
Provide learners with sufficient information of a range of qualifications and job opportunities within and outside
Use the IAG process effectively to interview and enroll employers and learners using appropriate documentations.
Update recruitment site with new employment vacancies.
Sniff through CVs from Indeed and contact learners to arrange interviews.
Match learners CVs to employers job descriptions.
Take initial interest from learners and employers over the telephone and complete initial interest form and
communicate interest with Marketing and Sales Executive.
Arrange and carryout interview meeting with potential learners and between potential employers.
Carryout learner and employer satisfaction surveys during the IAG process and analyzing and reporting the result.
Update the notice board and appointment book with interview dates
Photocopy learner’s proof of identification, and certificates ensuring eligibility for qualification levels and
Carryout monthly analysis on the equality and diversity of recruitment process.
Support with the facilitation of learner forum.
Liaise with team members for contact via twitter and Facebook.
Contribute to the review and development of marketing strategies and marketing materials
Assist with route planning for learners to get to and from interview
Follow up with company and learners after interview, send welcome letters to all successful learners
Liaise with Sales and Recruitment Executive regarding interview dates and interview outcomes.
Assist with the review, development of marketing materials and company websites to attract customers and maximize the sales of company products and services. Support with cold calling to external companies securing job opportunities for candidates Telephone screening/interviewing candidates Provide pre-interview training for learners prior to the interview with potential employers General administration duties Provide Assessors with list of learner enrolled monthly Create Admin file for all new learners and file appropriately Carryout Monthly Audit on all Admin files Dealing with any queries Essential knowledge and Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; analytical skills; the ability to use initiative; the capacity to work under pressure; creativity; self-motivated and performance driven Customer focused and able to provide person-centered service numeracy; Effective working within teams and individually. influencing and negotiation skills; Excellent administration skills both oral and written skills; business awareness; IT literacy. Qualification: Business & Administration or Customer Service level 2, IAG level 2 or relevant marketing Qualification Monthly KPIs · Successfully interviewed and place learners in jobs according to recruitment profile on a monthly basis · Provide welcome letters to all successful learners on the apprenticeship programme on a monthly basis. · Provide weekly update on successfully interviews and job placement with employers Monitoring: Provide monthly reports on learner enrollment, completion and number of employer engaged
