Learner Recruiter Consultant Full time permanent posts based in Stirling and surrounding areas Salary - £20,000 - £22,000 DOE + bonus (Identifying learners by contacting employers across various industries to sign up to Apprenticeship courses) Responsible for the development of new employer business and the recruitment of learners in one or more designated regions.. Responsible for establishing excellent customer relationships with both the Learner and Employer ensuring total customer satisfaction and repeat business. Duties/ Responsibilities To ensure own monthly starter volumes are achieved in line with contractual requirements and agreed annual targets set by the management team. To ensure all marketing/promotional materials used are current and in line with company standard format. To actively update and develop own awareness and training in line with the Company Skills for Life Strategy. To ensure that suitable employers and eligible learners are identified through the effective use of initial assessment. To ensure the regular input of all marketing activity through the company relationship management system. To ensure lead generation is fully developed through the effective communication between managers and peers within all regions. To ensure that all learners and employers receive a thorough induction and initial assessment and are presented with all relevant information in line with current policies, procedures and practices. To ensure the accurate and timely completion of all initial assessment/induction and start/leaver documentation in line with internal and external administration and claims requirements. To gather employer feedback at start med and end of programme participation To ensure that all potential employment environments comply with Health, Safety and Equality legislative requirements. To ensure that the Equality, Diversity, Health and Safety, Quality and all other Company Policies and Procedures are adhered to within your area of responsibility and that any non-compliance is reported to your Manager. Essential Criteria Good standard of secondary education A number of years relevant business development experience Health and Safety Qualification Good administrative skills Must be computer literate Excellent telephone and personal communication skills Good networking skills Car owner/driver Well presented Experience of apprenticeships/FE/Work-based learning would be very advantageous!
